Yield: 4-5 chicken Breast


1 Ea. Rosemary sprig (chopped)
6 Ea. Sage (chopped)
1 Ea. Lemon zest
1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 Cup EVOO

Salt & Pepper to Taste
2.5 # pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast (cleaned)

1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and stir until incorporated.
2. Place chicken in large bowl and add marinate and mix well to incorporate.
3. Allow to sit in marinate for 24 hours before use
