3oz. Yuzu Juice
1.5oz. Lemon Juice
1oz. Lime Juice
4oz. Extra Virgin olive oil
4oz. Yuzu oil
2oz. Fresno chilis Roasted
0.2oz. Thyme fresh
0.1oz Cappers Chopped
S&P to taste

METHOD
-In Vita Mix add Roasted Chilis, yuzu, lemon, & lime Juices.
-Drizzle in oil until emulsified and smooth.
-Fold in Thyme and cappers
-Taste and adjust S&P as needed
